KAZHCHA MOVIE BOXOFFICE REPORTS AND DETIALS
Although Sethuramayya's CBI was the highest grossing film of 2004, it was the only film to win the Best Collection and best malayalam movie award that year.
Mammootty's film career is in full swing. Madhavan's lone struggle to accept an orphan boy as his own son, to embrace him and make him a part of his heart made the eyes of the Malayalees weep. The film won numerous state awards for Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Director and Best Child Actor.
There is nothing more to be said about the quality of the film. Speaking about the box office performance of the film, the film which was released as an Onam release 17 years ago had surpassed other films in terms of comments and collection and became an Onam winner. However, it has come to the notice of some cyber Mohanlal fans that the Onam winner is the movie 'Natturarajavu' which was released with the viewers.
Any Malayalee who is not a common sense milk bottle eating rice knows that Natturajav took only the initial collection and got a negative report and fell in the long run. A group of cyber Mohanlal fans are trying to rewrite history by ignoring that fact.
If you look at all the Year End Movie Magazine reports of that year (2004), the view is one of the films that have been rated as the biggest hit of the year in all the movie magazines. 
However, the silver star of the Thiruvananthapuram lobby has been replaced by film magazine and we can check the position of the local king in other film magazine reports.
1) Chithrabhumi Magazine
Natturaraja is not on the list of successful films. It is also said that Mohanlal was relieved only by the surprise ..
2) Nana
Mohanlal's only film of the year, barely surviving due to low investment and initial collection. (Natturaraja's budget is only 1.8 crores but average success)
3) Rashtradeepika
The native is only an average success. It's just that there was no loss. (I.e. the position of Mammootty's Vajram and Aparichithan films of that year)
Even if the low budget local kingpin gets a collection of Rs 5 crore, it will be a box office hit. Yet all the magazines say that it is an average success and not even on the hit list.
The Thiruvananthapuram Bible's Mohanlal Bible is another good example of this magazine. Every Malayalee knows that after CBI, the highest grossing films of that year were Vesham, Runway and Fordy People. After the low budget initial, the shot was fired. If the ticket price for this film was played at Indian Money at that time, it would never get Rs 10 crore. It is no exaggeration to say that the winner of this movie is the Kuwaiti dinar played by the local king.

Even after his death, he has left a beautiful signature of his own in Malayalam cinema through his Malayalam film Kazhchaye. Today is the anniversary of the same sight he left us.
